Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour or transfer. You will receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
No-Shows: Bookings are also non-refundable in case of a no-show.

Are there partial refunds if my tour included non-refundable entrance tickets?

Some tours include non-refundable tickets for sites such as the Vatican Museums or Colosseum.
Cancellation Outside 24 Hours: You will receive a refund for the guide and transportation. The non-refundable ticket cost will be deducted.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours: The full tour cost is non-refundable.
Example: For a €400 tour with a €50 ticket, you would receive a €350 refund when cancelling on time.

Waiting Time: Airports include 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing. Train stations include 30 minutes after scheduled arrival.
